We are in our backyard and Madelynn is pretending to be a cat looking for some berries.
Madelynn (eyes wide): I am looking for some berries. I can see because my eyes are light.
Me (pausing): You can see because your eyes are a light color?
Madelynn: Ya.
Me: So people with brown eyes...can they see?
Madelynn: Nope.
